摘　　要：对一种高平衡性的宽带四路同相功率合成器的电路原理进行了分析,并分析了大功率合成器的主要器件的选择,对热设计进行了仿真,最后给出了设计制作的功率合成器的实物照片及测试结果。该合成器经过某机载系统VHF频段2.5kW功率容量验证并在系统中得到了应用。In this paper, through to the analysis of the circuit principle of a wideband 4-way in-phase power combiner getting high balance, and analyses the design of high power combiner selection of main device, again to high power equipment is mainly pay attention to the thermal design of simulation, finally gives the power combiner design completed real photos and test results. Design of physical objects through an airborne system VHF band 2.5 kW power capacity verification and application in the system.
