摘 要:在美国证券交易委员会(SEC)储量评估中,针对注蒸汽开发的热采稠油产量剖面上经常出现相对稳产或多段递减,造成合理确定递减率难度大的问题,考虑将累积油汽比法引入到SEC储量评估中,用来辅助确定递减率,从而准确计算SEC储量。论述了利用累积油汽比法辅助确定递减率的可行性,并以辽河油田热采稠油主力区块洼59块为例,介绍了运用该方法计算SEC储量的步骤及方法,其计算结果与油田开发实际情况相符。目前,该方法已在辽河油田注蒸汽开发产量剖面上出现稳产或多段递减的多个稠油区块得到了应用,对其他油田的SEC储量评估工作具有一定的借鉴意义。In the evaluation of reserves by American Securities Exchange Commission(SEC), due to relatively stable or multi segment decline happenend often to the thermal recovery profile of steam injection heavy oil production resulting in difficult to reasonably determine the decline rate, the introduction of cumulative oil steam ratio method was considered to the evaluation of SEC reserves for helping determine the decline rate to realize the accurate calculation of SEC reserves. The feasibility of using the cumulative oil steam ratio to help determining the decline rate was discussed, and the steps of applying this method to calculate SEC reserves were introduced by taking the thermal recovery profile of Block 59 heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield as an example. The calculated results were agreed with the actural situation of oilfield development. At present, this method has been applied in many blocks of Liaohe oilfield where stable or multiple segments of decline appeared to the thermal recovery profile of heavy oil production by steam injection, which has a certain significance to SEC reserve evaluation work in other fields.
