摘  要:随着国内大型炼油项目的蓬勃发展,越来越多的大型炼油项目在国内陆续开工。大型炼油项目设施众多,设施之间关系繁琐,总图布置进度如何满足项目整体进度对总图布置的要求,成为总图布置人员需要考虑的重要问题。利用项目管理中的基础知识,对总图布置工作进行分解,确定各分解工作的逻辑关系及持续时间,引入项目管理CPM(关键路径法)计算总图布置工期,对比计算工期与要求工期,在计算工期不满足要求工期时,应采取纠偏措施,保证总图布置满足项目整体进度要求。通过利用项目管理中CPM方法对大型炼油项目总图布置进度进行控制,可以满足总图布置的进度。With the fast development of domestic large-scale oil refining projects, more and more oil refining projects begin construction. The large oil refining project facilities are numerous and the relationships between them are complicated. How to make the general layout meet the schedule of the project progress is a big problem that general layout engineers have to solve. The basic knowledge of project management was used to breakdown the layout work to determine the logical relationship and the duration of each work, and then the project management knowledge-CPM(Critical Path Method) was applied to calculate the duration of general layout and compare the calculated duration with required duration. It was found out that the corrective measures should be taken when the former can't meet the latter in order to ensure the schedule of general layout to meet project requirements. The general layout work progress in large-scale oil refining projects was under control by means of the knowledge of CPM in project management, so that the schedule of general layout could be realized.
