摘  要:从最严格水资源管理制度的内涵出发,总结了在取用水总量接近控制指标地区,新建项目取用水水源的4条解决途径;并以某热电联产项目为例,对主要用水环节进行分析,提出采用地表水和再生水混合取水的优化水源配置方案,可符合区域取用水总量控制的要求和满足项目取用水要求,并对区域水环境保护产生积极作用。该项目水源配置优化方案可为同类型项目提供借鉴。Studying the connotation of carrying out strict management regulations of water resources.This paper generalized about four solutions to the new project water intaking which located the place where the amount of water consumption is approaching the index of total quantity control; And taking a cogeneration project as an example, it analyzed the main aspects of water consumption, scheme optimization programme that surface water and recycled water mixed,which is complying with the index of total quantity control, and meetting the project requirement,also conduciving to water environment protection.The water intake scheme optimization programme is a good reference for the same type of project.
