摘　　要：白城市属吉林省西部干旱区域,洪水水量集中于汛期且年际变化剧烈,水资源时空分布差异极为明显,水资源供需矛盾突出。本文针对白城市水资源现状及可利用的蓄水空间,通过对干支流水文补偿特性的分析,得出区域洪水资源利用方式,提出洪水资源利用存在的问题和利用对策,为该区域洪水资源的合理开发和持续利用提供参考。Baieheng city lies in the west of Jilin province in dry areas which flood quantities concentrates in flood seasons of a year and varies through years severely and that the differences of water quantities in temporal and spatial distribution is extremely obvious.The contradictory between water supply and demand is to be solved urgently.This paper aimed at the current use situation of water resources and the accessible storage space of flood, concluded the utilization pattern of this area through the analysis of the compensation properties of the mainstream and tributary.Last ,it presented the problems of flood utilization and strategies which provided methods and references on the reasonable exploration and sustainable utilization of flood resources.
