低丘缓坡土地整理的环境影响——以十堰市城区为例

摘　　要：低丘缓坡土地整理不仅是缓解耕地资源保护压力的内在需求,也是破解城乡建设用地供需矛盾的必然选择。本文以十堰市城区的低丘缓坡土地整理为例,分析低丘缓坡土地整理过程中带来的不利环境影响,包括短期、中期、长期的不利影响。Consolidation of low mountains and mild slope is not only the inherent demand to ease the pressure of cultivated land resource protection,but also an inevitable choice of breaking the contradiction to land supply and demand of the urban and rural construction. This paper,with an example of Shiyan＇s consolidation of low mountains and mild slope,analyzed the adverse environmental impact in the process of land consolidation,including the short-term,medium-term and long-term adverse effects.
