心肌超声造影在冠状动脉疾病诊治中的应用

摘　　要：随着超声造影剂和超声心动图技术的不断发展,心肌超声造影(myocardial contrast echocardiography,MCE)的成像质量和稳定性明显提高,应用领域也更广泛,尤其是在冠状动脉疾病的诊断和治疗中,MCE不仅能准确评价冠状动脉的血流灌注,检测心肌的存活率,而且可以在超声介导下实现血栓显像及溶栓治疗。With the continuous development of ultrasound contrast agents and echocardio-graphic techniques,the quality of imaging and stability of myocardial contrast echocardiography （MCE）have been significantly improved.MCE has been widely used in many fields,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.MCE can not only accurately evaluate cor-onary blood flow and determine myocardial viability,but also contribute to ultrasound-mediated thrombus imaging and thrombolytic therapy.
