摘 要:介绍了国内破拆装置的现状及问题。分析了水射流技术应用于消防破拆方面的优势,设计出便携式破拆装置,介绍了该装置的技术方案和实施方案。本装置利用压力水源,与磨料混合后经喷嘴喷出进行破拆作业,破拆后立即切换成泡沫灭火状态,实现快速破拆及灭火的双重功效。结果表明,便携式破拆灭火装置可应用于密闭空间火场及易燃易爆等危险场合,机动性能好、破拆效率高、发泡率大。This paper introduced the present situation of China's forcible entry device, and analyzed the advantage of applying water jet technology in fire operated rescue. A portable operated rescue device was designed, and the technical scheme and implementation plan were introduced. This device uses pressure water mixed with abrasive through the nozzle to conduct the rescue operations. After forcible the pressure water was switched to foam, which can achieve rapidly forcible entry and firefighting. Results showed that the portable fire extinguishing and operated rescue equipment can be used in confined space fire and flammable and explosive dangerous places, and have good mobility, high ripper efficiency and high foaming rate.
