摘　　要：加强新入职公务员政治社会化,不仅有利于明确并坚定新入职人员的从政目的,而且也是建设服务型政府的必然要求。促进新入职公务员的政治社会化可从多方面入手:重视实际工作中的政治社会化;发挥政治团体的社会化功能;利用大众媒体进行辅助社会化。在政治社会化过程中应力求评估体系完备化,学习过程常态化,培训方式多元化。The new civil servants should strengthen their sense of political socialization towards building a service-oriented government.Measures to promote the new civil servants＇ political socialization include development of their awareness,performing social functions of political groups,and using the mass media.In addition,evaluation,learning and diversified training methods should be carried out.
