摘　　要：本文介绍高校通过体制机制创新和政策项目引导,同政府、科研机构、企业开展深度合作,建立协同创新的战略联盟,促进行业产业的人才培养。This paper introduces the university through institutional innovation and policy guidance, to carry out the depth of cooperation with enterprises, scientiifc research institutions, government, establish strategic alliance synergy innovation, promote the industry personnel training.
