摘　　要：舆论引导,是一种运用舆论操纵人们的意识,引导人们的意向,从而控制人们的行为,使他们按照社会管理者制定的路线、方针、规章从事社会活动的传播行为。随着时代的快速发展,公安机关必须积极深入研究各种交流手段,将禁毒相关知识以各种途径传递到不同类型公众身边,并及时回应各类舆情,以交流互动的形式解决各类公众存在的疑点,最终将公众的思想引领到健康的轨道上来,高度重视和加强禁毒舆论引导工作,增强引导舆论的本领,掌握舆论工作的主动权,第一时间抢占舆论阵地最高点,把公众的思想和行为引导到有利于社会平安和谐稳定的轨道上来。By using public opinion, public opinion guidance is a way to manipulate people＆#39;s consciousness, guide people＆#39;s intention, control people’s behavior and make them engage in social activities of propagation in accordance with the route, policy and regulation formulated by the social managers. With the rapid development of the era, public security organs must actively study various communication means, convey anti-drug knowledge in a variety of ways to different types of public, timely respond to all kinds of public opinion, solve all kinds of public doubts by interaction, and eventually lead the ideas of public to healthy track. The public security organs should attach great importance to and strengthen the anti-drug work of consensus guidance, improve the guidance of public opinion, gain the initiative in public opinion work, seize the highest position of public opinion for the first time, and guide the public thought and behavior to the track of social peace, harmony and stability.
