摘　　要：旨在探寻一种分离纯度较高的绵羊睾丸间质细胞的分离方法。试验比较了3种不同的分离方法对绵羊睾丸间质细胞纯度的影响。结果表明,机械分离结合细胞筛过滤法,不仅操作简便,而且分离出的间质细胞纯度高于90%。In order to find a high-purity separation method of testis stromal cells of sheep, effects of three different separation methods on the purity of testis stromal cells of sheep were compared. Results showed that mechanical separation combining with cell screening filtering method not only was simple, but also had more than 90% of purity of stromal cells.
