摘　　要：MBOM(制造物料清单)显示产品制造的层次关系、工艺路线、工艺装备、材料等,是反映产品制造信息的重要基础数据,也是ERP系统运行所需要的基础数据。针对企业产品制造过程中工艺数据不易提取以及组织和管理的问题,提出了一个框架,集成PDM、MPM(Manufacturing Process Management,制造过程管理)、ERP系统,实现完整的以MBOM为核心的工艺数据管理和制造过程管理。MBOM,which is manufacturing bill of materials,represents the level of product in manufacturing process,process routing,fixture,material etc.It＇s not only important basic data that reflects product manufacturing information,but also the basic data that is needed to run ERP system.For the issues that process data is not easy to extract,organize and manage during product manufacturing process in manufacturing enterprises,a framework is proposed to integrate PDM,MPM（Manufacturing Process Management）and ERP systems to implement complete process data management and manufacturing process management.
