摘　　要：在全液压11辊矫直机上进行了矫直扭矩的实验研究,将实验所测得的数据与常用的3种矫直扭矩计算模型的计算结果进行对比,并分析其中误差产生的原因,为辊式矫直机矫直扭矩参数的设计与分析提供参考依据。Through straightening torque experiment on hydraulic roller leveler with 11rollers,this paper compared the experimental data and the calculated results by three kinds of commonly used straightening torque calculation models,and analyzed the causes of error.This work has provided a reference for design and analysis of the straightening torque parameters of roller leveler.
