摘  要:基于6 mol/L乙酸介质中,亚硝酸根对KClO3氧化甲苯胺蓝的褪色反应具有明显的催化作用,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新的催化光度分析法,研究了反应的适宜条件及动力学参数.在最大吸收波长628 nm及选择的实验条件下,线性范围为0.05~0.4μg/mL,检出限为4.1×10-3μg/mL.该方法在80℃水浴加热,操作方便,灵敏度高,选择性好,大多数离子不干扰,且稳定,可直接用于雨水及唾液样品中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意.A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace nitrite was developed. It is based on the cata- lytic effect of trace nitrite on the oxidation of Toluidine blue by potassium Chlorate in acetic acid. This method was operat- ed at 80℃ and without disturbance from many ions. The optimum experiment condition for the determination was found. Ki- netic parameters were studied. The detection limit for nitrite is 4.1×10-3 μ/mL, the linear range of the determination is 0.05- 0.4 μg/mL. The method is sensitive and selective. The method can be applied for the determination of trace nitrite in rain water and saliva samples with satisfactory results.
