摘  要:为了探讨翼手目不同生态位蝙蝠睾丸的发育状况,对棕果蝠(Rousettus leschenaultii)和大长翼蝠(Miniopterus magnate)这两种同域分布而生态位不同的蝙蝠雄性个体的生殖腺进行了组织学比较.采用常规石蜡切片技术,对睾丸及附睾进行了组织学观察.结果显示:7-9月棕果蝠睾丸曲细精管面积逐渐增加,生精细胞变化具有一定的规律,且在8-9月大量产生精子,达到繁殖交配高峰期;而7-9月大长翼蝠睾丸曲细精管内未观察到成熟精子细胞以及精子,呈现出精原细胞向精母细胞增殖与分化的趋势,表明其睾丸后期将大量产生精子的可能性.此外,通过比较棕果蝠与大长翼蝠雄性生殖腺结构与生殖细胞形态的变化,表明这两种蝙蝠具有不同的繁殖季节性,棕果蝠繁殖期较早,大长翼蝠繁殖期较靠后.In order to investigate the developmental status of testis of bats in different ecological niche, the gonadal developpment of the male Rousettus leschenaultii and Miniopterus magnate were observed through light microscope and H.E. During July to September, the area of seminiferous tubule of Rousettus leschenaulti gradually increased, and the variation of spermatogenie cells showed regularly. At August and September, the male Rousettus leschenaulti reached the breeding peak and generated lots of sperm. The mature sperm cells and sperm were not observed in seminiferous tubule in Miniopterus magnate, but tendency of proliferation and differentiation from spermatogonia to spermatocytes had showed out, which indicated that post-testieular could produce lots of sperm. In addition, by comparing the gonadal structure and morphologic change of germ cell between the male Rousettus leschenaulti and Miniopterus magnate, the result showed that the two types of bats which have different inche and most of same part of foraging areas had different-time axis, and breeding season of Rousettus lesehenaulti was earlier than Miniopterus magnate.
