火电厂烟气脱硫设施成本费用综合分析

摘　　要：以南方某电厂火力发电机组烟气脱硫装置为例,通过其投运后的运行成本、设备折旧等在发电量中所增加费用,与在政府环境政策支持下脱除SO2所获得收益的横向比较,综合分析电厂脱硫设施运营成本的均衡问题.结果表明,在政府环境政策的支持下,电厂脱硫设施运营可以实现成本均衡,但这种均衡难以持续稳定.Taking flue gas desulfurization facilities of a heat-engine plant in South as a case, by comparing the expenses generated by operation cost, equipment depreciation etc. after the desulfurization facilities being put into operation with the gains derived from the removal of sulfur dioxide in support of the government environmental policy, this paper analysize comprehensively the problem of cost equilibrium for the operation of desulfurization facilities. The results show that the op- eration of desulfurization facilities can reached the cost equilibrium in support of the government environmental policy, but such equilibrium is unsustainable.
