摘　　要：近代著名的实业家和教育家王敬芳,为挽回豫北矿冶利权,积极与福公司谈判和斗争;为了在谈判中取得主动权并争取到更大的权益,筹组中原公司以抗衡福公司;为传播科学文明,复办矿务学堂等学校;为促进中原公司发展,制定中原公司发展规划。因其学识闳通,声望卓著,办事公道,深得各方人士的敬重和爱戴。Wang Jingfang was a modern famous industrialist and educator. For redeeming the local mining rightsin Northern Henan, Wang negotiated and fought with Fu Company; for winning and obtaining bigger benefits inthe negotiations, he set up Zhongyuan company; for spreading science and civilization, Wang exerted hisefforts for reopening the mining school Lu Kuang Xue Tang; for facilitating the development of Zhongyuancompany, Wang made developing planning. Owing to his broad knowledge, good fame, and fair attitude,Wang got the deep respect and love from all parties.
