摘  要:目的分析背景抑制弥散加权成像(DWIBS)对体部恶性肿瘤诊断的影像特点并评价其诊断价值。方法体部恶性肿瘤25例中,宫颈癌6例,直肠癌5例,乙状结肠癌4例,肺癌4例,淋巴瘤3例,食管癌2例,贲门癌1例。所有患者行DWIBS扫描,三维最大密度投影(MIP)重建并黑白反相显示,分析其影像特点。结果原发恶性肿瘤及其转移灶在DWIBS上呈明显低信号(浓聚),肿瘤分期与临床一致。结论 DWIBS对体部恶性肿瘤诊断有重要价值,并有利于其分期。Objective To analyze the features of malignant tumors of body with diffusion weighted imaging with background body signal suppression (DWIBS) and to investigate the diagnosic value. Mehtods 25 patients were confirmed with primarily malignant tumors and metastasis in neck and body. 6 patients with uterine cervix cancer, 5 with rectal cancer, 4 with colon sigmoideum cancer, 4 with pulmonary carcinoma, 3 with lymphoma, 2 with esophageal cancer and one gastric cardia were included. The diffusion weighted imaging with background body signal suppression were performed in all the patients. The scanning scope included chest and abdomen. The original images of diffusion weighted imaging with background body signal suppression were performed using maximum intensity projection and the reconstructed images were displayed using an inverted gray scale. Results The primary malignant tumors and metastasis showed low signal in DWIBS. The features were correspond with the clinical stage of tumors. Conclusion DWIBS is valuabe in the diagnosis and stage of malignant tumors of body.
