摘 要:以毛发水解法提取胱氨酸后的废液为氮源,生产饲用产朊假丝酵母。研究选取了12种饲用菌进行耐盐性驯化筛选,并对高耐盐菌株进行培养基及培养条件优化。结果产朊假丝酵母耐盐性最高,其最佳培养条件为:培养时间3d,装液量50ml/250ml三角瓶,初始pH5.5。最优培养基配方为:氨基酸废水330ml/L,玉米淀粉酶解液110g/L,K2HPO420g/L,酵母粉9g/L,FeSO42g/L。在此条件下,菌体得率达4.14%,较优化前提高了128.7%。The feeding Candida utili was produced using the extraction wastewater of cystine by acid-hydrolysis of hairs method as nitrogen source. 12 kinds of salt tolerance strains were screened and domesticated, and the high salt tolerant strains medium and culture condition were optimized. The results showed that Candida utilis showed the highest salt tolerance and the optimized conditions as follows: incubation time 3 d, capacity 50 ml/250 ml triangular flask, initial pHS. 5, amino wastewater 330 ml/L, corn starch enzymatic hydrolysate 110 g/L, K2 HPO4 20 g/L, yeast powder 9 g/L, FeSO4 2 g/L. Under the conditions, the yield of Candida utilis reached 4.14 %, increased by 128.7 ; than that of non-optimized conditions.
