摘 要:运用Ansys软件建立Bi-2212超导股线简化二维截面模型,采用有限元方法研究平面压缩对热处理后的Bi-2212超导股线在不同的压缩条件下的应力与应变分布。通过分析得出:平板压缩使Bi-2212超导股线中超导区域中间位置的应力应变比靠近外层位置的应力应变要大;并根据分析得出股线在径向受压形变量0.04mm,0.10mm,0.15mm条件下股线超导区域平均应变的大小。通过低温实验测试了Bi-2212超导股线短样样品在4.2K和不同平行磁场强度下的临界电流,并且分析了在室温受压缩0.04mm,0.10mm,0.15mm条件下股线临界电流性能的变化,根据测试结果得出当Bi-2212股线受压缩应变时,股线的临界电流具有明显的下降。The Ansys program was used to build the simple 2D cross section model of Bi -2212 strand and the finite element method was adopted to analyze the stress and strain performance of Bi - 2212 strand after heat treatment under the flat compress condition. According to the analysis, the stress and strain in the middle of the Bi -2212 area caused by the flat compress model were larger than the outside area. According to the analysis result, the average strain of the superconductor area in Bi -2212 strand was obtained under the 0.04 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.15 mm compress condition. According to the low temperature test to get the critical current performance of the Bi -2212 strand under the 4.2 K and different parallel magnet field. The critical current per- formance of the strand was analysed which was compressed 0.04mm,0. lmm and 0.15mm in room temperature. Comparison of the compress strand test result with uncompress strand result was done. It shows that the performance of the Bi - 2212 strand has obvious degeneration when it suffered the compress strain.
