针刺推拿配合中药治疗海洛因依赖的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺推拿配合中药治疗海洛因依赖的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月至2013年12月收治的海洛因依赖患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组单纯服用排毒养生胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针刺推拿治疗。结果治疗结束后观察组和对照组OWS评分均<10分,均达到临床脱毒成功的标准,但观察组临床脱毒成功所需时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血液T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+含量及CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺推拿配合中药治疗海洛因成瘾效果显著,且有利于患者免疫功能的恢复,临床上可作为海洛因依赖者康复的手段。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and massage and Chinese traditional medicine in treating heroin dependence. Method 120 heroin-dependent inpatients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each. The control group only received Paidu Yangsheng capsule （a traditional Chinese medicine）, The observation group in the control group treated with acupuncture and massage therapy combined with Paidu Yangsheng capsule. Result The OWS scored less than 10 after treatment in both the observation group and the control group ,which reached the criteria for clinical detoxification success. But it need less time to reach the criteria for clinical detoxification success in the observation group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The T lymphocyte subsets and CD4＋, CD8＋content and CD4^＋/CD8^＋in peripheral blood in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heroin dependence had a better clinical effect, which also had the potential to improve the immune function in the heroin-dependent patients.
