新生儿游泳联合妈咪爱早期干预对新生儿黄疸和生长发育的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨新生儿游泳联合妈咪爱早期干预对新生儿黄疸和生长发育的临床疗效，为临床推广应用提供理论和依据。方法选取我院2013年1月至2013年12月出生健康的新生儿200例，按照随机对照的原则，将患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组各100例，对照组100例新生儿出生后给予常规护理，单纯沐浴。而观察组100例新生儿出生后给予游泳联合“妈咪爱”口服。观察两组新生儿的黄疸数值、大小便情况、喂养量、睡眠质量及体质量、身高情况。结果观察组经皮测1~6d黄疸指数、胎便转黄时间、胎便排除时间明显低于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组喂养量、睡眠情况、第14天、28 d后身长和体质量平均值与对照组相比，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论新生儿游泳联合妈咪爱早期对新生儿进行能够明显降低新生儿黄疸发生程度，缩短黄疸的持续时间，促进新生儿的生长发育，值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore newborn swimming joint mammy love early intervention for neonatal jaundice and the clinical curative effect of growth and development, and provides the theory and the basis for the clinical application and dissemination. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014, 200 cases with neonatal birth health, according to the principle of randomized, controlled, patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group, control group, 100 cases of neonatal birth after given routine care, bath alone. And observing group, 100 cases of joint＆quot;mommy love＆quot;to give bath after birth. Observe the two groups of neonatal jaundice numerical, urine, feeding amount, sleep quality height and weight. Results Observation group of transcutaneous bilirubin measurement values neonatal jaundice numerical, time of meconium turning yellow, meconium time significantly lower than the control group, significant difference, statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the observation group feeding amount, sleep, body length and weight average days 14 and 28 days after compared with control group, significant difference, statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neonatal swimming joint mammy love early for newborns can obviously reduce the occurrence of neonatal jaundice, shorten the duration of jaundice, promote the growth and development of newborns, and is worthy of reference for clinical.
