摘　　要：目的 HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测对宫颈细胞学诊断为ASC-H的分流作用。方法对68例ASC-H患者进行HPV E6/E7 mRNA及高危型HPV检测,并行阴道镜检查及活检,分析其结果之间的关系。结果 HPV E6/E7 mRNA方法检出ASC-H中CIN2+宫颈病变的敏感性为63.2%,特异性为75.5%,阳性预测值为50%,阴性预测值为84.1%。HPV E6/E7 mRNA方法的特异性及阳性预测值明显高于高危HPV方法。结论 HPV E6/E7 mRNA可以作为ASC-H患者是否需要阴道镜检查的一个分流指标。Objective Use of HPV E6/E7 mRNA testing to deal with atypical squamous cells cannot exclude HSIL. Methods HPV E6/E7 mRNA and HR-HPV DNA were examined in 68 patients with ASC-H. Colposcopic examination and biopsy were taken, all results were evaluated. Results The sensitivity, specificity, the positive predictive value and the negative predictive value for detecting CIN2＋lesions of ASC-H were 63.2%, 75.5%,50%, and 84.1%, respectively, for HPV E6/E7 mRNA test;The HPV E6/E7 mRNA testing is superior to HR-HPV DNA testing in specificity, the positive predictive value. Conclusions HPV E6/E7 mRNA may serve as a predict select whether a patient with ASC-H should take Colposcopic examination immediately.
