摘　　要：巴蜀文化区所处四川盆地具有得天独厚的自然与人文地理条件:一是四周有高山屏障、易守难攻,有利于社会安定发展;二是交通便利,"栈道千里,无所不通",东出三峡俯临江汉吴越,西接"藏彝走廊"连通中亚南亚;三是内部江河丘陵交错,气候宜人,资源和物产丰裕。从先秦到抗日战争,它常常成为盆地外发生战乱变故时一些人群的"避难所",既是中原王朝开拓西南边疆的"前哨基地",也是时机成熟时雄才豪杰逐鹿中原的"根据地"。它在源远流长的中华文明历史长河中犹如一座水库,对中国历代的政治、经济、文化、人口等问题,都起到了流动、储存、调节、融合、扩散等的"水库效应"。Located in the Sichuan basin, the Bashu culture region has richly natural and humanity geography environment. Firstly, surrounded by the mountains, easy to defend and difficult to attack, is favorable for the stability and development of society. Secondly, the traffic is very conveniently, thousands of ways and roads to everywhere, east extending to Three Gorges and close to the Jianghan and Wuyue, west extending to the corridor of Zangyi and reaching to the middle and south of Asia. Thirdly, there are a lot of rivers, fine weather, and rich resources. From the early Qin dynasty and the anti-Japan war in the 20th century, Sichuan basin has become the shelter in the times of war, also the outpost for the empires in the central plain to pioneer the southwest area, the basin for the heroes to govern the whole China. It is more likely a reservoir in the long Chinese history, which has the reservoir effect on the politics, economics, culture, population and so on, that is, the flow, storage, regulation, integration, diffusion, and so on.
