摘 要:目的探讨转录因子Ets-1和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在胎膜早破中的表达和作用。方法胎膜早破孕妇57例(胎膜早破组)和正常足月孕妇50例(对照组),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测2组胎膜组织中Ets-1和MMP-9阳性表达率。结果胎膜早破组胎膜组织Ets-1、MMP-9阳性表达率分别为66.7%、68.4%,明显高于对照组(20.0%、22.0%)(P<0.05)。结论 Ets-1和MMP-9在人类胎膜上均有表达,其高表达对预测胎膜早破发生有一定价值。Objective To explore the expression and effect of transcription factor Ets 1 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in premature rupture of membrane (PROM). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of Ets 1 and MMP 9 in 57 patients with PROM (PROM group) and 50 normal full-term pregnant women (control group). Results The positive expression rates of Ets-1 and MMP-9 were 66.7% and 68.4% in PROM group, significantly higher that those in control group (20. 0%, 22. 0%) (P〈0.05). Conclusions Ets-1 and MMP-9 are expressed in human fetal membranes, and their high expressions help the prediction of PROM.
