摘 要:目的评价3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)、弥散张量成像(diffusion tenser imaging,DTI)及T2*mapping成像对腰椎间盘退行性病变显示能力的相关性。方法 22例腰痛患者行DWI扫描得到腰椎间盘的表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC),21例行DTI扫描得到腰椎间盘的各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA),12例行T2*mapping序列扫描得到T2*值。对腰椎间盘的ADC值、FA值、T2*值进行Spearman相关性检验。结果腰椎间盘ADC值与FA值呈负相关(r=-0.566,P=0.000),与T2*值呈正相关(r=0.495,P=0.000),FA值与T2*值呈负相关(r=-0.411,P=0.002)。结论腰椎间盘ADC值、FA值及T2*值对椎间盘退行性病变的显示有相关性,一定程度上可对腰椎间盘退行性病变作出定量评价。Objective To assess the correlation of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), diffusion tenser imaging (DTI) and T2* mapping MR with detecting degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc by using 3.0T MR. Methods Twentytwo patients with low back pain were performed DWI to obtain apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of intervertebral disc. Twenty-one patients were performed DTI to obtain fractional anisotropy (FA) of intervertebral disc. Twelve patients underwent T2* mapping to obtain T2* values. The correlation among ADC value, FA value, T2* value of intervertebral disc were analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis. Results ADC value was negatively correlated with FAvalue (r=-0.566, P=0.000), and positively correlated with T2* value (r=0.495, P=0.000). FA value was negatively correlated with T2* value (r=-0. 411, P= 0. 002). Conclusions ADC, FA and T2* values are correlated with the displaying of interveterbral disc degeneration, and could make a quantitative evaluation for interveterbral disc degeneration to some extent.
