摘　　要：目的:比较3种受精卵来源胚胎的囊胚形成率和冻胚移植周期的临床妊娠率,初步探讨异常受精来源囊胚的使用价值。方法:体外受精(IVF)和卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)周期中,比较2PN、1PN和0PN来源胚胎的囊胚形成率、优质囊胚形成率和在冻融胚胎移植(CET)周期中的临床妊娠率。结果:IVF周期中,2PN来源胚胎的囊胚形成率与0PN比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),1PN来源胚胎的囊胚形成率显著低于0PN、2PN来源(P<0.01)。ICSI周期中,1PN、0PN来源胚胎的囊胚形成率均显著低于2PN来源(P<0.05);3种受精卵来源的优质囊胚在CET周期的临床妊娠率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:1PN、0PN来源的囊胚可视为与2PN来源的囊胚同等价值,可在患者接受产前检查的基础上用于移植。Objective： To explore the value of blastocysts derived from gametes with different numbers of pronucleus by comparing their blastulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. Method： Blastulation rate,good-quality blastocyst rate and clinical pregnancy rate in CET cycles of blastocysts derived from 2PN,1PN or 0PN gametes were compared in IVF /ICSI-ET cycles. Results： In IVF cycles,blastulation rate of embryos from 1PN gametes were lower that of embryos from 2PN or 0PN gametes（ P〈0. 01）,no significant difference between 2PN and 0PN（ P〈0.05）. In ICSI cycles,blastulation rate of embryos from 1PN or 0PN gametes were lower that of embryos from 2PN gametes. There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate among the three kinds of blastocyst. Conclusion： Blastocysts derived from 1PN /OPN gametes and blastocysts from 2PN gametes could be treated equally. They could be transferred back to patients on the basis of prenatal diagnosis.
