摘  要:采用等径角挤压(ECAP)和等径角挤扭(ECAPT)两种大塑性变形工艺在250℃条件下成功将35vol%SiC颗粒与纯Al混合粉制成SiCp/Al复合材料。通过对显微组织的定性分析和采用样方法的定量计算,获得了不同变形工艺、试样内部不同位置以及不同变形阶段对SiC颗粒分布的影响。结果表明:剪切应变量和基体流动性对SiC颗粒的均匀分布有着至关重要的影响。单道次ECAPT变形后,SiC颗粒分布比单道次ECAP变形时更均匀,基本与2道次ECAP效果相当。随着ECAPT变形过程的深入,SiC颗粒的分布越来越均匀,其中以挤压阶段到ECAP阶段,SiC颗粒分布均匀程度的改善最为明显。35vol% SiC particles and A1 powder mixtures were successfully fabricated into metal matrix SiCp/A1 composites at 250℃ by two typical severe plastic deformation methods named equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and equal channel angular pressing and torsion (ECAPT). Through the qualitative analysis ofmicrostructure and the quantitative calculation of quadrat method, the effects of different techniques, sample positions and deformation stages on the distribution of SiC particles were acquired. The results show that: the amount of shear strain and the mobility of metal matrix have the most important influence to the uniform distribution of SiC particles. The distribution of SiC particles after 1 pass of ECAPT is much more homogeneous than that of 1 pass of ECAP, which is equivalent to that of 2 passes of ECAP. With the deformation of ECAPT going on, the distribution of SiC particles is more and more homogeneous; especially from the compaction stage to ECAP stage, the distribution uniformity of SiC particles is greatly improved.
