摘 要:以难于分型和出模的大型复杂结构铝合金零件为例,介绍了铝合金挤压铸造模具的设计方法。铸件采用中心底注式的方式浇注,用液压侧向分型抽芯机构来完成4个侧向的抽芯动作,4个锁模柱提供侧向锁模力。在此基础上通过有限元分析验证了该类模具设计制造的可行性。模具结构简单,动作可靠。结果能为大型复杂零件挤压铸造模具设计提供一种可供选择的技术途径。Taking large and complex aluminum alloy parts of not easy parting and die unloading as an example, the design method of aluminum alloy squeeze casting die was introduced. Casting was poured by central bottom gating system, and the four lateral pulling cores were completed by adopting hydraulic side parting and side core-pulling mechanism. The four locking mould pillars provided lateral clamping force. On the basis of this, the feasibility of this kind of die design and manufacturing was proved by the finite element analysis. Die structure is simple and movement is reliable. The results can provide an alternative approach for the large complex squeeze casting die design.
