摘  要:三辊Y型轧机为一种新型的线材轧机。轧辊是轧机的重要零件,其尺寸影响轧辊的强度、刚度,以及轧件的质量和轧机的使用寿命。因此,对Y型轧机的轧辊进行结构尺寸优化设计有重要的意义。参考准250Y型三辊连轧机组的第1道次轧辊尺寸建立了轧辊模型。利用有限元软件ANSYS对轧辊进行应力和变形分析,并建立了轧辊优化的数学模型。其目标函数采用三种方案建立,并用一级综合模糊评判法对三种方案的优化结果进行评判。得出的结论是多目标优化方案为最优方案。Y-type rolling mill with three rollers is a new kind of wire mill. Roller is an important part of the rolling mill, and its size effects the strength, stiffness, as well as the rolling piece quality and service life of the rolling mill. Therefore, it is important to optimize the roller structure dimension of Y-type mill. The roller model was set up referring to the first pass roller dimension of 4,250 Y-type mill with three rollers. The stress and deformation of roller were analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS. And the optimal mathematic model was established. Objective function was established by three kinds of scheme. The optimal results were evaluated by one-order comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. The conclusion is that the multi-objective scheme is the most optimal.
