摘 要:采用熔化极活性气体(98%Ar+2%CO2)保护焊(MAG)方法,研究了高耐候钢与奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头的组织与性能。结果表明,焊接接头的力学性能可以达到母材的强度水平;焊接接头母材区高耐候钢组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,不锈钢为全奥氏体组织,焊缝区为奥氏体+鱼骨状铁素体组织,不锈钢侧热影响区组织为奥氏体+条状的铁素体组织,高耐候钢侧热影响区组织为聚集成团的铁素体团簇+珠光体组织。The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of high strength weathering steel and austenitic stainless steelwere studied by using metal active gas (98%Ar+2%CO2) welding (MAG) process. The results show that,the mechanical properties of MAG welded joints can reach the strength of parent materials. The microstructure of high weather resistance steel is ferrite + a small amount ofpearlite, whereas, stainless steel is austenite stainless steel for the whole, and the weld zone is anstenite + fishbone ferrite. Furthermore, heat affected zone on the side of stainless steel is austenite + lath ferrite, and yet it is gathered into the ferrite + pearlite group for high weather resistant steel.
