摘  要:采用手工钨极氩弧焊方法对不锈钢-殷钢进行焊接试验,并对焊接试件进行了外观检查、无损检测、拉伸及弯曲测试。结果表明:外观检查没有发现裂纹、未熔合、未焊透等缺陷,依据JB/T4730.2-2005标准均为I级焊缝;常温测试采用殷钢焊丝焊接接头抗拉强度较高,为殷钢母材的92%左右;常温、液氮冷却测试采用不锈钢焊丝焊接接头抗拉强度为不锈钢母材的73%左右;常温、液氮冷却检测面弯、背弯弯曲角度≥120°试样未开裂;液氮冷却检测气密性漏率≤6.7×10-9Pa·m3/s。The method of manual tungsten inert-gas arc welding was adopted for the welding test of stainless steel-invar. The morphology,nondestructive testing,tensile and bending testing of the welded specimens and samples were carried out, respectively.The manual tungsten inert-gas arc welding method was used to weld stainless steel and invar. The results show that, no defects like cracks, incomplete fusion and incomplete penetration are found by visual inspection, and the welds are all grade I according to the standard of JB/T4730.2-2005.At room temperatrature, the tensile strength of the welded joints using invar welding wire is higher, about 92% of the base metal. At room temperature under liquid nitrogen cooling, the tensile strength of the welded joints using stainless steel welding wire is 73% of the base metal. Dectecting the face bending at room temperature under liquid nitrogen cooling, the sample does not crack when the bending angle is higher than 120°. When detecting the air tightness in the liquid nitrogen cooling, the leak rate is lower than 6.7×10^-9 Pa.m^3/s.
