摘　　要：目的：评价3％的高渗盐水普米克令舒溶液治疗伴有变应性鼻炎的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉功能性内镜鼻窦手术（ FESS）术后复发的疗效。方法对伴有变应性鼻炎的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉FESS术后复发患者给予3％的高渗盐水普米克令舒溶液鼻腔灌洗3～5周，每日1次，比较治疗前后CT、鼻内镜检查结果及症状改善情况。结果治疗组30例，治愈20例，好转8例，无效2例。对照组20例，治愈4例，好转8例，无效8例。结论3％的高渗盐水普米克令舒溶液治疗伴有变应性鼻炎的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉FESS术后复发安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the 3% of hypertonic saline solution of Pulmicort respules in treatment of post-operative recurrence of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery （ FESS） accompanied with allergic rhinitis.Methods Nasal lavage of this drug was performed one time per day last-ing 3 to 5 weeks.Results Of the 30 cases in the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved and 2 cases were invalid.Of the 20 cases in the control group, 4 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved, and 8 cases were invalid.Conclusion 3%hypertonic saline solution of Pulmicort respules is safe and effective in treatment of post-oper-ative recurrence of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after FESS accompanied by allergic rhinitis.
