摘 要:通过建立等离子弧焊接熔池的三维数学模型,并以小孔动态演变过程与热源模型之间的相互耦合作用为基础,研究熔池内部的传热和流动过程,并由此建立出热源的动态模型。小孔形状尺寸可以通过体积流函数法得到,同时可建立小孔形状与热源模型之间的耦合关系。得到等离子弧焊接的温度场、流场和小孔的动态演化规律后,实验验证了焊接横断面熔池形状尺寸和小孔的穿孔形状尺寸的理论结果。The process of heat transferring and flowing of weld pool was studied through establishing the 3D mathematical model of plasma arc welding and based on the coupling effect between the dynamic evolution process of keyhole and the model of heat source, and the dynamic model of heat resource was established by that. The shape and size of the keyhole were obtained by volume flowing function method and the coupling relationship between the keyhole shape and heat source model was established. After obtaining the dynamic evolution rule of temperature field, flow field and the hole in plasma arc welding, the theoretical results of shape and size of the welding pool cross-section and the keyhole were verified by experiments.
