摘  要:采用硝酸银滴定法、佛尔哈德法和离子色谱法,测定了3种餐厨垃圾氯离子含量。结果表明:3种方法测定餐厨垃圾中氯离子含量时存在系统误差,且硝酸银滴定法和佛尔哈德法的结果高于离子色谱法;由于餐厨垃圾滤液颜色较深,不易判断终点,导致硝酸银滴定法测定的氯离子含量偏高;佛尔哈德法操作繁琐,且对于低含量的氯离子测定误差较大;而离子色谱法能够克服这些缺点,并兼有操作简单,精确度高等优点;因此建议优先使用离子色谱法测定餐厨垃圾中的氯离子含量。The content of chloride ion in 3 kinds of food wastes were determined by silver nitrate titration method,Volhard method and ion chromatography method.The results showed that these 3 methods have systematic error,the content of chloride ion determined by the silver nitrate titration method and Volhard method were all higher than that of the ion chromatography method.The content of chloride ion determined by silver nitrate titration method was higher due to the filtrate of food waste had a darker color and the end point of titration was not easy to be distinguished.The operation of Volhard method was too complicated,and more error was occured in low content of chloride ion.However,the ion chromatography method was able to overcome these above drawbacks, and also had the advantage of easy operation and high accuracy.So the method of ion chromatography was proposed to determine the content of chlorine in food waste.
