摘  要:目的:探讨宝石CT能谱成像(gemstone spectral imaging,GSI)物质分离技术(material decomposition,MD)对肺血液循环定量分析的价值。方法:运用GSI对37例患者进行CT扫描,所得图像通过能谱分析软件(GSI viewer)对肺组织含血量进行定量分析。采用t检验方法进行统计学分析。结果:平扫血基图上双肺前部血基值低于后部,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),碘基图上前、后部碘基值差异无统计学意义(P=0.785);增强前后血基值无统计学差异(P=0.627);右肺下叶血基值分别高于同侧上叶和中叶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),左肺下叶比同侧上叶血基值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),外周与肺门区血基值差异无统计学意义(P=0.701)。结论:GSI物质分离技术可对肺组织含血量进行定量分析,并可初步运用该技术,探究人体肺组织血液分布特点。Purpose:Gemstone spectral imaging(GSI) has the ability of material decomposition (MD) for separating materials and analyzing the content of certain materials.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of GSI in the quantitative analysis of the lung circulation.Methods:GSI was performed in 37 patients.Data were processed on GSI Viewer browser to analyze the pulmonary blood density.Then data was analyzed statistically by t-test methods.Results:In the blood-based MD images,the anterior blood density of the lung was lower than the posterior,and it indicated a statistical significant difference (P<0.05),whereas there was no statistical difference in the relative iodine density between the anterior and the posterior lung (P=0.785).And the difference in the pulmonary blood density between pre-contrast and postcontrast was with no statistical significant (P=0.627).The blood density in the inferior lobe of right lung was higher than the ipsilateral superior and middle lobes,and the blood density in the inferior lobe of left lung was higher than the ipsilateral superior lobe,the differences were with statistical significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the blood density of the peripheral region and the hilar region (P=0.701).Conclusion:The MD method of GSI can perform the quantitative assessment of the lung blood density,and it can be preliminarily used in investigating the characteristic of pulmonary blood distribution.
