子宫输卵管造影对剖宫产术后切口憩室的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫输卵管造影对剖宫产术后切口憩室诊断上的应用价值。方法:对2011年1月至2013年5月在我院行子宫输卵管碘水造影(HSG)检查女性,术中发现子宫憩室且有剖宫产史者的35例患者,进行回顾性分析结果:35例切口憩室分为三型,轻型者为楔形,无明显经期改变者;重型者为团状或卷发状,边缘毛糙,有明显经期改变者且术中有经血流出;中型者为囊袋状,根据囊袋大小及边缘光整度不同可有经期改变,也可无明显临床症状。结论:HSG作为提高子宫腔切口憩室的诊断的阳性率具有一定的优势,切口憩室形状与临床表现有一定的诊断相关性。Purpose：To explore the application value of the hysterosalpinograghy （HSG） in diagnosis of the uterine scar defect after cesarean section.Methods：Thirty-five patients,who had cesarean section and uterine scar defect in our hospital from January 2011 to May 213,were enrolled.They all had undergone hysterosalpinograghy,and the results were reviewed retrospectively.Results：Thirty-five uterine scar defect after cesarean section were divided into three types：the lighter type was wedge-like,the patients had no obvious menstrual changes; the heavier type was clumps-like or curly hair-like with coarse edge,the patients had obvious menstrual changes; the medium type was pouch-like,the patients had menstrual changes or no obvious clinical syndrome according to the size and edge shape of the pouch.Conclusion：HSG have some advantages to improve the positive rate of the diagnosis of uterine scar defect after cesarean section,the shapes of the scar defect have some correlation with clinical manifestations.
