摘  要:目的评价新疆生产建设兵团2010年地方病防治健康教育效果。方法采用问卷方式对小学生、家庭主妇等目标人群进行地方病防治知识知晓率基线调查,然后开展健康教育干预活动并评价干预效果。结果全兵团122个团场做基线调查小学生4206人和家庭主妇2490人;效果评价小学生4195人和家庭主妇2430人。目标人群在实施健康教育干预后,小学生重点地方病防治知识知晓率从86.61%提高到94.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=165.87,P<0.001);家庭主妇重点地方病防治知识知晓率从86.22%提高到96.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=147.60,P<0.001)。结论健康教育对提高病区群众地方病防治知识知晓率效果明显,今后应继续加大健康教育力度,尤其要加强在学校开展地方病防治知识教育工作。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on endemic diseases in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2010. Methods Baseline investigation on awareness of endemic diseases knowledge was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire for the program, intervention activities of health education for identified target population were carried out and the effect was evaluated. Results 4206 pupils and 2490 housewives were investigated from 122 units of Xin- jiang Production and Construction Corps in baseline survey, and 4195 pupils and 2430 housewives were investigated for effect evaluation. The study showed that the awareness rate of pupil knowledge about endemic diseases was increased from 86. 61% to 94. 78% (X^2 = 165.87, P 〈0. 001 ) and the rate of housewives increased from 86. 22% to 96. 09% (X^2 = 147. 60, P 〈 0. 001 ) after the education, the difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Health education inter- vention improved the awareness of endemic diseases control obviously and should be continuously intensified in future, and the health education knowledge of endemic diseases prevention should be strengthened in schools especially.
