摘　　要：目的了解兵团不同类型学校学生自杀行为流行现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法使用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》,采取整群分层随机抽样的方法,抽取40所中学,对17 541名不同类型学校中学生自杀行为、"自感孤独"、"失眠"等定性指标的调查结果进行描述性分析。结果自杀意念报告率11.74%,自杀计划报告率7.22%,自杀未遂报告率2.55%。心理-情绪/障碍问题:重点学校高中生20.83%"自感孤独"位居其他学校首位。"学习压力"顺位由高到低依次为:普通高中32.42%、重点高中32.18%、重点初中28.02%、普通初中27.75%、职业高中15.36%;职业高中生失眠占12.75%、伤心绝望占20.62%,高于其他各类学校学生。结论重点中学是自杀计划的高危人群;重点初中和职业高中生自杀未遂报告率高于全国调查结果;"学习压力"是普通和重点学校高中生主要心理-情绪问题。Objective To study the prevalence of suicide behaviors among middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and provide evidence for intervention measures. Methods The health-related behavior questionnaire of China adolescent, which referenced from YRBSS by Beijing children and adolescent research institute, was used in this study. 40 middle schools were selected by using stratified clustered random sampling, and survey results includ- ed ＂suicidal behavior＂, ＂self-inductance alone＂, and ＂insomnia＂ were analyzed by descriptive analysis among 17 541 students in different types of middle school. Results Suicidal ideation reporting rate was 11.74%, suicide plan reported rate 7. 22%, attempted suicide reported rate 2. 55%, respectively. About psychosomatic-emotional/barriers problems, self-inductance alone reported rate was 16. 55% in key senior school students, which was higher than other school. On learning pressure sequence, ordinary senior school （32.42%）, key senior school （32. 18% ）, key middle school （28.02%）, ordinary middle school （27.75%）, vocational senior school （ 15.36% ）. In occupational senior school, in- somnia reported rate was 12.75%, and 20. 62% of sad despair, which were higher than that in other types of school. Conclusion Suicide plan in key middle school is at high risk, attempted suicide reported rate in key middle school and occupational senior school are higher than national survey results reported rate. ＂study pressure＂ is mainly mental-emotional problems among senior school students.
