摘  要:在相位掩膜板法光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)制作系统中,通过高精度陶瓷压电(PZT)促动器对相位掩膜板进行运动控制,实现对光栅折射率交流调制量和相位的任意调制,从而实现相移、切趾和啁啾等FBG的制作,从而提高FBG制作工艺的灵活性。By now,various fabrication methods of fiber gratings have been propo sed,but corresponding types of phase mask or UV exposuring optical paths are needed,which makes the fabricatio n of fiber Bragg grating not flexible.In this paper,a fiber grating fabrication technology of phase mask moving controlled by high accuracy PZT actu ator is introduced.By this method, the AC modulation of refractive index and the phase of fiber gratings can be tun ed freely by reasonable movement rule of the phase mask.So various fiber gratings,such as phase-shifte d,apodized and chirped ones,can be made easily.The experimental system is built up and the mentioned fiber gratings are fabricated.This technology has improved the flexibility of fiber gratings manufacturing process obviously.
