活血通脉片质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:研究完善活血通脉片中丹参等11味药材的质量标准。方法:采用显微特征鉴别药材石菖蒲、赤芍、人参;采用薄层色谱法鉴别赤芍、人参、三七、冰片、丹参、川芎、陈皮、枸杞子、麦冬等9味药材。结果:石菖蒲、赤芍、人参显微特征鉴别效果好;赤芍、人参、三七、冰片、丹参、川芎、陈皮、枸杞子、麦冬等9味药材的薄层色谱鉴别效果好,专属性强,分离度高,且阴性样品无干扰。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,能够对活血通脉片进行定性控制,符合中成药的质量控制要求。Objective： To study the quality standard of Huoxue Tongmai tablets. Methods： Microscopic was applied in the identification of Shichangpu, Chishao, Renshen; TLC was applied in the identification of Chishao, Renshen, Sanqi, Bingpian, Danshen, Chuanxiong, Chenpi, Gouqizi, Maidong. Results：Microscopic identification of Shichangpu, Chishao and Renshen had an excellent results, TLC identification of Chishao, Renshen, Sanqi, Bingpian, Danshen, Chuanxiong, Chenpi, Gouqizi, Maidong had an excellent result and good specialization. The negative control showed no interference. Conclusion： This method was simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It could be applied in quality control of Huoxue Tongmai tablets.
