电针配合矫形支具治疗妊娠合并腕管综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合矫形支具治疗妊娠合并腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法:将45例妊娠合并腕管综合征患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,每组15例。治疗1组采用电针矫形器治疗,治疗2组采用单纯电针治疗,对照组采用矫形器治疗,2个疗程后对比疗效。结果:治疗1组治疗后各项指标优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗1组疗效与治疗2组和对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针配合矫形支具治疗妊娠合并腕管综合征疗效确切。Objective：To observe clinical effects of EA plus orthopedic brace on carpal tunnel syndrome in pregnancy. Methods：45 patients were randomly divided into three groups, 15 cases for each. The treatment 1 was given EA plus orthopedic brace, the treatment 2 was given EA, the control was given orthopedic brace. Results：Every index in the treatment 1 was better （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The efficacy in the treatment 1 has a statistically difference when was compared with that in the treatment 2 and the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：EA plus orthopedic brace show good effects on carpal tunnel syndrome in pregnancy.
