按摩天鼎穴干预妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨按摩天鼎穴干预妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛的影响。方法：将138例妇科腹腔镜手术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各69例。对照组采用常规护理法，观察组采用按摩天鼎穴。在术后0～6h、24h、48h、72h采用VAS评分，比较两组患者肩痛的发生情况及疼痛程度。结果：观察组患者术后肩痛的发生例数及疼痛程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05或 P〈0.01）。结论：按摩天鼎穴能明显降低妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛的发生及缓解疼痛的程度，安全易行。Objective：To investigate the effects of massage intervention for shoulder pain following gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods： 138 cases of laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 69 cases. Control group recieving conventional care, observation group received massage at Tianding point. In the postoperative 0~6h, 24h, 48h, 72h by VAS score, the situation and the degree of pain occurs in patients with shoulder pain were compared. Results：The number of results and the degree of pain occurs in the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Massage at Tianding following laparoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of shoulder pain and relieve the degree of pain, was safe and easy.
