盆炎净颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎96例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盆炎净颗粒临床治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)的临床效果。方法:依标准选取在我院2012年8月-2013年7月就诊CPID患者96例,随机法并以两组具有可比性为前提,分为对照组48例口服左氧氟沙星胶囊及甲硝唑片,治疗组48例在服用口服左氧氟沙星胶囊及甲硝唑片基础上加服盆炎净颗粒,均2疗程后观察治疗效果、总有效率及副反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.91%,对照组为83.34%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组副反应比较,治疗组优势显著,统计学差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:盆炎净颗粒治疗CPID临床疗效明确,副反应小,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Penyan Jing grain on treating CPID. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control was given oral levofloxacin metronidazole capsules and tablets, the treatment was given Penyan Jing grain more. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 97.91%, in another it was 83.34%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;side reactions in the treatment were obviously less with a statistically difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Penyan Jing grain has a clinical effect with less side reactions, was worthy of promotion.
