摘　　要：目的:研究以三仁汤为主方中医辨证治疗湿热壅滞型便秘的临床疗效。方法:81例湿热壅滞型便秘患者均采用三仁汤辨证施治、随证加减。结果:临床治愈69例(85.19%),显效8例(9.88%),无效4例(4.92%),有效率为95.06%。结论:三仁汤加减治疗湿热壅滞型便秘效果显著。Objective：To study the clinical effect of Sanren decoction on dampness-heat stasis constipation. Methods：81 cases of patients with dampness-heat stasis constipation were given Sanren decoction by differentiation using TCM theories. Results：69 cases were cured （85.03%）, 8 cases were markedly improved （9.88%）, 4 cases were ineffective （4.92%）, and with a total efficiency of 95.06%. Conclusion：The effect of dampness-heat stasis constipation treated with Sanren decoction was significant in clinical application.
