摘　　要：观察中西医结合治疗Miller Fisher综合征的临床疗效。对患者采用西药配合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。中西医结合治疗Miller fisher综合征可改善微循环、改善神经细胞代谢、提高神经传导速度等,效果更佳。To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating Miller Fisher syndrome. Patients were given western medicine plus Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. The integrative medicine was effective on Miller Fisher syndrome by improving microcirculation, nerve cell metabolism and nerve conduction velocity.
