摘  要:针对传统的两电平APFC电路控制复杂以及开关管电压应力高、电磁干扰大等问题,探讨了一种基于单周控制的单相三电平APFC电路。在详细介绍单相三电平APFC基本原理的基础上,建立了采用开关函数描述的主电路状态空间方程。将精密全波整流电路应用于电流采样,解决了电流过零交越失真问题。采用单周控制芯片ICE1PCS01搭建了1台2 kW实验样机。实验结果表明,该样机具有简单可靠,功率因数高,电流过零不存在交越失真的优点。In view of the complexity of control algorithm and high switch voltage stress, large electromagnetic interference in traditional two-level APFC circuit, a novel single-phase three-level boost power factor converter with one cycle control algorithm was discussed. In detail on the basis of the basic principle of single-phase three-level APFC, with the introduction of a new switch function, the state space equation of main circuit was established. By using precision rectifier circuit in the current sampling circuit, crossover distortion was reduced. Finally, by using one cycle control chip ICE1PCS01, a 2 kW prototype is built, the experimental results were presented to verify that the converter is simple and reliable high power factor with one-cycle control strategy and cross-over distortion does not exist.
