摘  要:目的研究尘肺病患者生化指标的改变及其临床意义。方法选择130例尘肺病患者(尘肺组)及100例健康者(对照组)。检测两组患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血尿酸(UA)、血脂水平。结果尘肺组血清ALT、AST、γ-GT、ALP水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);尘肺组UA增高36例(27.69%),对照组UA增高12例(12.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尘肺病患者ALT、AST、γ-GT、ALP水平增高,易出现UA代谢异常,临床诊疗实践中应重视对尘肺病患者生化指标的监测。Objective To study the change of biochemical index of pneumoconiosis patients and its clinical significance .Methods One hundred and thirty pneumoconiosis patients were selected as pneumoconiosis group ,100 healthy workers as control group .The patients in two groups were detected for the levels of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase ( ALT ) , glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease ( AST ) ,γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT ) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP),uric acid(UA) and blood glucose.Results The levels of serum ALT,AST,γ-GT and ALP in the pneumoconiosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P〈0.01).There were 36 cases(27.69%) of increased UA in the pneumoconiosis group and 12 cases(12.00%) of increased UA in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The increase of ALT,AST,γ-GT and ALP levels might lead to UA metabolism disorders in pneumoconiosis patients , it should be pay a attention to the monitoring of biochemical index of pneumoconiosis patients in clinical practice .
