乳化异氟醚腰麻作用的安全性研究

摘  要:目的观察8%乳化异氟醚用于Beagle犬蛛网膜下腔后的腰麻作用以及安全性。方法 18只Beagle犬随机分为3组,每组6只[30%脂肪乳对照组,1%利多卡因组,和(8%,v/v)乳化异氟醚组]。实验后24h通过核磁共振观察犬脊髓的改变,同时观察注药前后犬运动,感觉以及意识的改变。所有的犬连续观察两周,以确定有无长期神经并发症。结果所有犬的意识都没有出现减退,1%利多卡因组,8%乳化异氟醚组都出现明显的腰麻作用,MRI未发现明显神经损伤,同时未发现感觉、运动以及行为学的改变。结论犬蛛网膜下腔注入8%的乳化异氟醚是安全有效的。Objective To evaluate the safety and spinal anesthetic effect of the 8% emulsified isofluane in dogs. Methods Eighteen adult beagle dogs completed the study. The dogs were randomly assigned into 3 groups of 6 dogs each, respectively receiving spinal administration of placebo (30% Intralipid 0. 1 mL/ kg) , 1% lidocaine(0. 1 mL/ kg) ,and (8% , v/ v)emulsified isoflurane(0. 1 mL/ kg). Sensory and motor functions and state of consciousness were determined at baseline and at predetermined regular intervals. Then the dogs were continuously observed for two weeks to examine the possible long-term neurological complications. Results None of the dogs presented a decrease in consciousness. The 1% lidocaine groups and the emulsified isoflurane dosages shows a significant sensory and motor block. Conclusion Spinal administration of emulsified isoflurane resulted in a totally reversible motor and sensory regional block without any signs of clinical neurotoxicity.
